The records display different date and status fields. The certificate image gives a grant date of 14 August 2024 and displays Active; registry row 548 gives an issue date of 24 June 2025, an expiry date of 24 December 2025 and Assessment in progress. These are the fields as displayed, rather than a finding that both dates refer to the same licensing event.
